Coffee Subscription FAQs
Our subscription process is simple. Begin by selecting a coffee subscription tailored to your preferences. Choose your desired grind, bag size, and delivery frequency โ whether it’s weekly, every 2 weeks, 4 weeks (monthly), or 6 weeks. While we always recommend whole beans for optimum freshness, ground coffee is also available. Our subscriptions cater to various brewing methods, including espresso and cafetiere. After checkout, your subscription seamlessly follows your chosen frequency.

The amount hinges on your daily coffee consumption and the number of coffee enthusiasts at home. Additionally, consider factors like dose size and the art of perfecting your brew. For reference, here’s our recommendation based on a 15g (filter) and 18g (espresso) dose size:
- 1 x 250g bag = 13-16 cups.
- 2 x 250g bags = 26-32 cups.
- 3 x 250g bags = 39-48 cups.
- 1 x 1kg bag = 52-64 cups.
Our goal is to roast and send out coffee subscriptions on the very next working day. The delivery time and charges vary based on the chosen shipping method:

After successfully creating your account, you can log in and access your subscription dashboard. Click on the ‘Subscriptions‘ tab situated on the left side. This portal grants you full control over your coffee subscription settings and preferences.
Billing aligns with the frequency you’ve chosen for your coffee bean subscription. Rest assured, you’ll be charged according to your set schedule.
Simply log in to your account and proceed to the ‘Payment methods‘ tab. Here, you have the flexibility to make changes to your current billing address or update your payment card details as needed.
Effortlessly update your shipping address by logging into your account. Head over to the ‘Addresses‘ tab, where you can easily access and make changes to your address details.
Absolutely! Whether your coffee cupboard is well-stocked or you’ll be away from home, you have the flexibility to skip one or multiple subscription delivery dates. Simply log in to your account to make these adjustments to match your needs.
Navigate to the ‘Subscriptions‘ tab and click on your coffee subscription. Within this section, you’ll have the power to modify various aspects of your current subscription. Whether it’s altering the next order date, skipping an order, or tweaking specific details, you’re in control. This encompasses order frequency, quantity, and even grind size adjustments.
Cancelling your weekly or monthly coffee subscription is a hassle-free process with no obligations attached. Simply access your customer account and follow the cancellation steps. Upon successful cancellation, you’ll receive an email confirmation to confirm the change.
Gift Coffee Subscriptions follow a comparable process, with one key distinction. You have the option to input the recipient’s email address, allowing them to access the subscription in their account. It’s important to note that while they can view the subscription details, they won’t have visibility into the cost or your billing information.
Gift subscribers will enjoy the same coffee as our dynamic Coffee of the Week Subscription, featuring a weekly rotation.
While our aim is to provide variety, occasional supply constraints might lead to coffee repeats. Nonetheless, we strive to keep each experience unique.
