Our El Salvador coffee beans are from the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, specifically Potrero Grande Arriba, where the coffee is grown at an altitude of 1500m. These El Salvador coffee beans are a mixture of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties, grown in surroundings filled with Inga and fruit trees.

The coffee is carefully washed and fermented for 8 hours before being dried on a traditional clay brick patio. This careful processing helps create a sweet, mild and well balanced coffee with plenty of natural sweetness and delicious fruit and chocolate flavours.
