How to Use

• Add coarse ground coffee to the cafetiere, using roughly one heaped tablespoon per cup
• Pour hot water at around 92°C to 96°C over the grounds
• Stir gently to ensure all the coffee is saturated
• Place the plunger on top without pressing down
• Leave to steep for 4 minutes
• Slowly press the plunger down and pour
