Everyone seems to go crazy for pumpkin spice coffee drinks. I am not a fan. I am not really into pumpkin anything. I never liked the stuff! I tend to only see that for fall flavor blends or caramel and apple varieties. I love caramel but I can do that any time. Apple is very hit or miss for me.
I don't much care for the flavor either. One that I have really grown to enjoy is a blend of white chocolate and caramel. I think this is considered a fall/winter flavour. White chocolate in general in coffee is really nice. Most places offer them as "white mocha".
I agree with the white chocolate blends. Those are very nice, especially for those that don't want standard chocolate. I have had a very nice white chocolate and mint cappuccino before. I wouldn't consider it a fall blend however, mint is more in-tune with winter.

Check your local cafes, I am sure you will find someone that offers it, at the very least offers some sort of white mocha drink and you can request to have caramel added to it. I don't know anyone who has not enjoyed the flavour combo with coffee.
