What makes you keep going back to the same cafe?

I am looking for some ideas. As mentioned in my introduction thread, I am looking to relaunch my cafe. 

Please share with me what you find that brings you back or keeps you coming back to the same cafe. Thanks!

The first thing above all else is the service. I don't care how good the coffee or food is, if the service is bad, I will eventually stop going. I have done so to a few different places. If you can manage to have top tier services, you are already ahead of so many other cafes out there!

I am fine with a standard cuppa but I care more about the cost and the general service. I feel the same as Jim, even if the coffee is amazing if the service is off then I am not going to spend my time or money at the cafe. I think it is a good idea to keep thins reasonably priced as well as hire the right sort of people. Not everyone should be in customer service roles!

This is very understandable. Poor service can create a bad experience. If you are becoming stressed out when just getting some coffee or food, it will carry a negative feeling with you all day. Thanks for your input!

This is true! I have interacted with people in customer care that were just not very pleasant people and my reaction was to view the company poorly, not the individual. I agree about the pricing and I am looking into ways to make it as cheap as I can whilst still gaining a reasonable profit.
