I have a compact air fryer. I seldom use my full size oven these days. Saves me time! I am wondering if it would at all be possible to roast coffee beans in an air fryer. Has anyone here tried it or knows of a method that works?

It turns out, you can! I had no idea about this either. A channel I follow mentioned it in a recent video.
I guess this would depend on which machine you are using but you set the fryer to 190 degrees Celsius and add a thin layer of beans, then air fry them for about 6 to 8 minutes. If you want a light roast, remove them when you hear them crack the first time and for a darker roast, allow them to crack a second time. I am going to have to give this a try myself! Sounds so easy!
