For me it is cream liqueurs such as Bailey's. I like that it replaces the need for milk or cream and adds a nice depth to the drink. I always drink these sorts over ice. It is amazing, especially in the winter months when I am looking for a cooling drink to warm up my insides. It is my go-to holiday drink actually at the moment.
What is your favourite spirit to mix with coffee?
For me, whiskey is my favourite. It has to be Irish though as not all whiskey is created equal and some blends will end up being offensive. I like to add a bit of brown sugar and milk to mine and have it over ice.
I don't drink alcohol personally but I have had non-alcoholic coffee blends that were nice. I thought think this counts however as the ingredients used were technically used to mix in alcohol!
Whiskey for me as well. Nothing matches the taste quite like it! It brings out the deep flavours of the coffee and the coffee compliments the richness of the whiskey. Adnams Single Malt Whiskey is my go to.

There is no shame in not drinking! I think far too many people get pressured into drinking and they don't even enjoy the taste or anything about it.
