Delivery Times & Costs
Orders are processed on working days only. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your chosen shipping method:
- Royal Mail 48H TRACKED: £2.99 (usually 2-3 working days)
- Royal Mail 24H TRACKED: £3.99 (usually 1-2 working days)
- DPD Next Working Day: £4.99 (1 working day)
Free Royal Mail 48H TRACKED delivery on orders over £35. Larger orders may be sent via DPD.
Order cut-off time: 12:00pm (GMT, London)
Delivery area: We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Dispatched From
All orders are dispatched from the roastery in West Yorkshire, UK.
Letterbox Delivery
Your coffee should fit through a standard letterbox if you order either 1 x 250g or 2 x 250g bags.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office to see if the package is being held there.
- Check with neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was incorrect and the package is returned to us, we can reship the order at your cost.
