At CoffeeHype, we carefully prepare and dispatch every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return it in line with UK consumer law.
Returns We Cannot Accept
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable products, including coffee and other consumables, even if unopened
- Opened or unsealed products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
- Items unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
- Gift cards, which are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, return your original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
How to Return Products
For eligible returns:
- Contact support@coffeehype.co.uk for the return address and instructions
- Handle items with care and return them securely, ideally using a tracked method
- Cover the cost of return postage unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (reasonable costs will be reimbursed)
Cancelling Your Order
- You may cancel eligible, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery
- Refunds include the product price and standard delivery
- Additional delivery charges (e.g., express shipping) are not refunded
- Contact support@coffeehype.co.uk to cancel and follow our instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect returned items:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Cancelled orders include the product price and standard delivery
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items include product price, standard delivery, and reasonable return postage
- Refunds are usually processed within 30 days of confirming the return
