I want to give a company that takes environmental protection seriously but also considers the labor involved in coffee harvesting. That being said, I did some research and a lot of places recommended Bird & Wild coffee. I am just not sure if the seasonal blend would be best or the light roast? I like light roasts but also enjoy medium and medium to dark. I would imagine the seasonal roast is a standard medium?

Myself personally? No. I just read the descriptions from their website. You get a general idea based on keywords they use and what to expect.
