I am looking at the Cuisinart Filter Coffee Machine at the moment. It seems to have some of the better reviews I have seen. It is not exactly cheap but it is not terribly expensive either. The one I had been using prior was a cheap one a friend had given me as he hardly used it, not a big coffee drinker. It seems to be having issues so I want to get a new one, a better model as well. Is this a good machine?
Cuisinart makes good kitchen appliances. The first coffee maker I had was a Cuisinart though I am not entire sure which model it was. They are cheaper and work well but invest in a second pot. I noticed cheaper one break easier!

Good tip! I would not have thought to do that. Can you find those on Amazon as well or do you have to get them direct from their own website? It seems replacement bits and bobs for things these days aren't always easy to find.
