I have never tried it. I have seen on social media sites that it can help with weight loss but I thought that was the general case for all coffee due to it containing caffeine with stimulates the metabolism. Aside from that (not sure if it is true or not!) are there any other benefits to drinking green coffee (raw) over standard roasted coffee?
I always hear about people saying it helps with weight loss. I never actually looked into it. I should though, since 2020, I put on some weight and it has not come off yet, even when the lockdowns ended!!! I also heard that green coffee beans help control blood pressure. Again, I never looked into this stuff it is just things I have heard or read in passing.ย

That is interesting! It seems like standard is the opposite. I know of a few people who have been told to stop drinking coffee because of their high blood pressure. This is a good way for coffee drinkers to enjoy it without the added stress on the heart I suppose!
