Our coffee from El Salvador is from the Las Isabellas farm and is a mixture of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. Las Isabellas is located on the south face of Cerron Grande of Apaneca in the west region of El Salvador at an altitude of 1200 to 1450m and is part of the Blue Harvest project.

At Las Isabellas you can find 175 acres of natural forest, natural springs and waterfalls. Las Isabellas is a certified Rainforest Alliance farm. The owner of the farm is Jose Roberto Santamaria, who is dedicated to managing the farm and the mill.

This sweet, mild coffee offers delicious flavours of plums and chocolate. As an espresso, it is sweet and well balanced. In milk based drinks, it becomes deep and sweet, with the chocolate notes coming forward beautifully. As a filter coffee, it is rounded and perfect, with a clean, satisfying finish.
