Using water from the highest mountain in Mexico, this coffee has been processed naturally, leaving a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free. Our coffee is from the varietals Bourbon, Caturra, Typica and Catuaí and is grown around 1,000 meters. The relative low altitude results in large beans and smooth coffee with a low acidity.

This decaf coffee is from smallholder producers who deliver to the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations in northern Chiapas, to the east and northeast of Tuxla Gutiérrez the region.
