How to Use

• Place a Chemex filter paper in the top, with the triple fold facing the spout
• Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any paper taste and preheat the Chemex
• Add medium coarse ground coffee (roughly 40g to 50g for a 6-cup brew)
• Pour a small amount of hot water (around 92°C to 96°C) to bloom the coffee for 30 seconds
• Continue pouring in slow, circular motions until you reach your desired volume
• Allow the water to drain through before serving

Care Instructions

• Rinse with warm water after each use
• The glass carafe is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended
• Do not expose to extreme temperature changes
• The wooden collar and leather tie should be removed before washing
