<p>Using a pan is easier as you have more control of the roast. If you do the oven, you may end up with burns on your beans. I tried a few times and just can't manage it but the pan method worked just fine. </p>

<p>Oh okay, thanks! So which sort of pan should I use? I am not sure what material would be best and whether or not I should use a pain I cook food in or not. I know certain things should be kept separate.  </p>
